Orders leave our Massachusetts location within 24 to 48 business hours. After that, delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and where you live. You get tracking by email.
Is shipping really free?

How is it packed?
Every piece is carefully packed before it ships. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged or wrong.
Can I return it?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. The item needs to be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. Write to support@thegoldenheritage.com to start a return. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
